Cartuxa Rosé is an elegant sparkling wine, with aromas of vibrant red wild fruits and delicate citrus nuances. Aromas of cranberries and raspberries stand out, in a very well defined balance with notes of toasted bread, mousse involving wild strawberries, very fine bubbles and lively acidity.
Winemaking:
Cartuxa Rosé is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with red grape varieties of Touriga Nacional from the Alentejo wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process, the wine was transferred to small stainless steel vats, where it stayed for 6 months in contact with fine lees and carefully stirred continuously, prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation, it aged for 3 years in the cellar, prior to the disgorgement.

Cartuxa Rosé is a fresh and aromatically complex sparkling wine. Presenting a fine bubble full of life, aromas of wild red fruits, notes of yeast and toasted bread stand out, as well as a delicate raspberry mousse along with fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
